Check in/out guidelines

  1.  Leave it like you found it.  Budget enough time to clean up for the next member-guest arrival.
  2. Don't leave perishables in the cabinets or fridge/freezer.
  3. Restock the "honor bar" to replenish whatever was drank.  Helps if you come in empty handed.
  4. The calendar of who is reserving will be kept current.  Take note of whoever is before and after you should you have any questions. See contact list for info on other members.
  5. Trash and recycle must be taken care of. Wazz party store sells empty garbage bags that can can be discarded in their dumpster in front of the store.  Otherwise, haul it off the island.
  6. Turn off Heat/Air.
  7. Season will run from approximately Memorial day through Mid October.
  8. Greg Will arrange winterizing which needs a 2 week notice and must be done before November 1st.
  9. Try to keep firewood stocked for indoor/outdoor use.
  10. Check status of grill propane and fill if needed. also sold at wazz.
  11. Mower/weed wacker if it is overgrown.
  12. Relax and enjoy your stay.
  13. Lucky #13...Reading this is our waiver of liability (especially for the observation tower. Use at your own risk (I suppose I'll add railing on the steps)
